The Carpets are very heavy duty commercial tiles which have a 5 yr warranty for commercial use.... The prices reflect the yarn weaving techniques.... The products are all of the same quality. We suggest the client steam cleans every 12 -18 months to maintain the freshness, colour and quality of the carpet.
Eco stats....
The carpet is approx 50% recycled materials. 
The Turf is approx 65% recycled materials.
The LVT is upto 85% recycled materials.
This all helps with the ECO building standards which are more and more important....
